Responsibility :
- Together with the Marketing team, build a world-class brand by analyzing the performance of marketing activities to guide decisions of the Marketing Manager and rest of the team.
- Analyze digital marketing activities to support the daily optimization of digital marketing (like Google AdWords and Facebook).
- Responsible for managing and improving reporting of marketing performance and communicate to marketing and management team.
- Staying abreast of latest trends and best practices in the digital marketing industry to identify opportunities for improvement and growth; plan, structure and implement experiments to test new ways of digital marketing.
- Participate in organizing & analyzing user feedback.
- Collaborate with a network of 40+ websites internationally to establish best practices of marketing analytics.
- Contribute with input to website development to ensure the most effective solutions are implemented for our users, while supporting the company’s business model.
Requirement :
- Academic background within marketing/communications and/or statistics.
- Advanced knowledge in Excel and comfortable with handling a large set of data is essential.
- Experience with Web Analytics tools is an advantage.
- Understands the principle behind a/b and multivariate experiments.
- Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail.
- Well organized and structured team player with ideas of how to execute and measure success.
