Position:

Organization People Development Officer

 

Responsibility:

• Identify training  and development  needs within organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation. 
• Design and expand training and development programmes based on the needs of the organization  and the individual. 
• Conduct Competency Profile, competencies assessment, monitoring Individual Development Planning (IDP) implementation . 
• Create Talent Mapping for career plan and succession Planning program.   
• Review job description collaborate with Head HR to ensure the job description are aligned with business process. 
• Recommend Job Evaluation for current position and or new position to be  update based on Organization Structure.  
• Research new technologies  and methodologies in workplace learning  and present this research. 

 

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree of Psychology  (S1 Psikologi)
• 2 years experience in human resource people development/ organization development role. 
• A Familiarity  with tool assessment and psychology test 
• Fluently verbal and written english communications. 
• Able to operate Computer min MS. Office ( Word, Excel, Powerpoint ) 
• People and time Management skill, especially in professional interaction with all management level. 
• Good analytic  
• Able to work with team and good communication skills with all level
