Job Description

- As a Demand & Supply Planner, you will be responsible to apply the effective application of Best Practice and efficient processes, to ensure that finished goods are available meet Customer Demand, at the right stock location and with high Freshness, whilst minimizing cost.
- Contribute to Strategic and Tactical Business Planning via Monthly Business Planning and the Dynamic Planning Framework.
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF DEMAND & SUPPLY PLANNER
- Ensure continuing alignment with Business priorities, initiatives and activities, and the delivery of performance to agreed KPI levels.
- Manage the relationship and the effective flow of information between the Demand and Supply
- Planning function and internal business partners such as Customer Service, Logistics,
- Manage the relationship with Inter-Market Producers and Receivers to ensure efficient and cost-effective replenishment
- Manage the relationship and effective flow of information between the Demand and Supply Planning function and external business partners such as Customers, service providers and vendors
WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL
- A bachelor-degree holder (S1) with minimum 3.0 out of 4.0 GPA from Industrial Engineering or Chemical Engineering major
- At least having 5 years experienced as Demand & Supply Planner in FMCG Company
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- Detailed, persistent and organized
- Independent player and self-driven but able to work in a team
- Able to manage multiple task independently under challenging deadlines
- Good Analytical, negotiation, communication, leadership and presentation skills
- Having experience in Inter-Market Customer Service
